This role is a member of the leadership team and will play a cross-company role to support complex projects, drive key strategic initiatives, and provide ad hoc expertise and support as needed across functional departments. The Chief of Staff will work with the CEO on strategy, planning, developing and monitoring Quarterly OKRs and day to day KPIs and will be deployed into high priority key strategic and operational high initiatives as the company continues to expand nationwide.
